Established in 2003. Our firm provides Mobile Notary and related services to clients throughout Los Angeles county.  We cater both corporate and individual clients.  Our success is based upon our proven track record of availability, professionalism and dedication by providing exceptional Notary services.  Building relationships and repeat customers is our goal. After using our services for the first time, most organizations and people become long term loyal clients or if a one time notarization is all you need, we are there for you as well.

We are one of the few Los Angeles Notary Service providers that provide Corporate accounts to our corporate customers. To set up an account call us in advance to set up an account and have the convenience of having a Mobile Los Angeles Notary come without you warring to pay the Notary right then and there. 

Our mobile Notary coverage area includes Los Angeles, Pasadena, Glendale, San Fernando Valley, Downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood, West Hollywood Beverly Hills, Culver City,  Santa Monica and many other cities in Los Angeles County. It is our goal for there to be a division of Los Angeles Notary Services in every city throughout Southern California.

ID REQUIREMENTS:
Each signer must present at least one of the forms of ID listed below. The ID must be current or, if expired, have been issued the last 5 years; contain the signer's photograph, personal description, and signature; and bear a serial or other identifying number.

 Acceptable forms of ID:

1- Driver's License or non driver's ID card issued in       the US.
 2- U.S. Passport.
 3- U.S. Military ID Card that contains all required           elements stated above, (The common Access            Card CAC is not acceptable).
 4- Driver's License issued in Mexico or Canada.
 5- Foreign Passport stamped by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
 6- Inmate ID Issued by the California Dept. of Corrections.
