The country of destination determines whether the authentication is an Apostille or Authentication. EMBASSY CONSULAR LEGALIZATION 
Documents intended to be used in countries that are not party of the “Hague Convention” Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents, will require Embassy or Consular Legalization to be able to present it to the country of intended use. We come to you Notarize and Pick up the Documents get the Authenticated with the State and Legalize it with the Embassy and deliver it back to you or if you prefer we can mail it anywhere in the World.

We provide DOJ and FBI approved Live Scan Fingerprinting and Ink-Card Fingerprinting Service. Most orders are completed in 48 to 72 hours unless in archives in that case it may take 7 to 15 days to retrieve a file. Copies can be returned to you electronically as an email attachment or by fax. County certified copies are normally returned via USPS Express Mail.

Each signer must present at least one of the forms of ID listed below. The ID must be current or, 
if expired, have been issued the last 5 years; contain the signer's photograph, personal description, and signature; and bear a serial or other identifying number.

ACCEPTABLE ID'S:
 1- Driver's License or nondriver's ID card issued in the U.S.A
 2- U.S. Passport.
 3- U.S. Military ID Card that contains all required elements stated above, (The common Access Card CAC is not acceptable).
 4- Driver's License issued in Mexico or Canada.
 5- Foreign Passport stamped by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
